Abstract
The article presents reflections of several American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) members on its recent seminar with the Chinese Academy of Governance (CAG). ASPA executive director Antoinette Samuel ponders on the international development of public administration philosophy of Donald C. Stone. Thomas Walkington emphasizes on the importance of global collaboration focused on public administration. Moreover, Steve Condrey envisions the change effect of China's openness.
