Abstract
The article discusses the challenges of IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) and IP television (IPTV) convergence. In order to ensure successful provision of the sophisticated services enabled by IMS, service providers need to realign their business strategies to focus on the customer and their particular requirements. This is called an integrated customer management strategy.
