Amazon.com Inc is partnering with Mexican fintech company Kueski to offer "buy now pay later" options and personal loans in Mexico. This partnership will allow Amazon Mexico users without credit cards to make purchases in bi-weekly installments of up to 12 installments. Kueski will provide the financing and determine the credit for each user. Mexico is an important market for financial services startups, as less than 50% of the population has a bank account.
