Abstract
An interview with Michael Wilson, chief operating officer (COO) of technology provider AdvisoryWorld, is presented. When asked about the capabilities that their clients are looking for and how they are responding, he mentions that they have been working on the advisor-to-client-facing tools. He describes the application called Acquire, which is their front-end onboarding solution. He also discusses how the fiduciary rule changed the demand of clients.
