Abstract
The article presents a report of the IMS, which talks about several challenges in 2021 post Covi-19 pandemic. It mentions need for social interaction, companionship and belongingness; and changes in the shopping behaviour of the consumers followed by an increase in online shopping. It mentions need to focus more on physiological, Safety and Social Needs.
