Abstract
The article is about DuPont's settling of alleged refrigerant recycling violations in the U.S. O May 2, 2005, the U.S. Department of Justice and Environmental Protection Agency announced a settlement with DuPont to resolve alleged CAA violations at the company's titanium dioxide manufacturing facility in New Johnsonville, Tennessee. The proposed consent decree and associated complaint were lodged in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee ("U.S. v. E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company", Civil Action Number: 3-05 0345).
