Abstract
The article looks at U.S. President-elect Donald Trump's campaign promise to bring about large investments in infrastructure. It says that Trump's plan involves giving private corporations tax credits to build various kinds of infrastructure which they would then own, with the ability to earn profits for example through road tolls. Topics include infrastructure banks and the financing of Route 73 in Orange County, California.
