Abstract
The article offers information on the Aspen Design Summit organized by the design consultancy Winterhouse Institute and American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), a design industry organization, and funded by the Rockefeller Foundation. It is mentioned that the theme of the summit was how to use design thinking to solve social problems. The attendees included Tim Brown, chief executive officer (CEO) of IDEO LLC, Chris Hacker, chief design officer at Johnson & Johnson (JNJ).
