Abstract
In this article, the author discusses various challenges and issues associated with the mortgage technology titled loan origination systems (LOS) concerning its use in mortgage loan servicing. He explains issues related to the LOS in terms of the client-the lender-and their responsibility for ensuring the success of the LOS project, the rate of interest (ROI) after installing the LOS, and lenders' expectations from the LOS. He further talks about the LOS in terms of business requirements.
