Abstract
The article focuses on the National Propane Gas Association's (NPGA) Benchmarking Council, which provides opportunities for propane marketers to compare business practices. Topics discussed include the benefits of joining the council, such as sharing best practices, learning from others, and making valuable connections, as well as the declining participation in the council and efforts to increase membership.
