Abstract
The article focuses on the curse of too much wealth. The question of the gift of mineral wealth in the context of social cohesion and the impact on the virtues of society is reflected in the concept of Christian social thought. The main problem of Sub-Saharan oil wealth is the lack of capacity of the local economy to absorb the increased activity and to use the resulting revenue profitably.
