Abstract
This invited paper discusses our perspective on Organization Development Education. In this discussion, we provide our insights into the development of OD's education in an effort to identify what the future of OD Education should become. Specifically, we discuss OD history and values, the promise of Global OD, and the potential contribution of the scholar-practitioner. In conclusion, we believe that OD doctoral-level programs are positioned to increase the future knowledge base of the field significantly. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
