Abstract
The article presents information on a study related to the accessibility, availability and stage of e-health applications in various hospitals in Chicago, Illinois. E-health applications are used to create informed patients by helping them obtain information, manage their transactions and monitor their progress. The results were mapped and visualized using Geographic Information System (GIS) software. The study found variations in e-health applications provided by these hospitals.
