Abstract
The article describes an analytical framework that helps analyze the strategic vision of the governance in healthcare system at the national and subnational levels in Iran. It states that the effort aims to assess formula and implementation of the vision and strategic planning in health care system that would help the governors promote high quality of governance in health care system.
