Abstract
In this article the author discusses the pre-pack agencies in recruitment markets in Great Britain. He is critical how pre-pack agencies affect the name of recruitment agencies wherein a company filed bankruptcy and re-open for the next day with new trading name. Also investigated the emergence of the pre-pack agencies, which appear legitimate but offers uncertainty to the consumers.
