Abstract
The article reports on the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants' 2012 independent remuneration and employment survey, presenting charts and other illustrative material about wages and employment trends, and mentions the survey found there is a wage gap in the accounting profession that appears to be based on gender and ethnicity.
