Abstract
The article discusses the importance of cooperation and teamwork in the design and implementation of qualitative research projects. Qualitative research require teamwork and cooperation between all those involved in the project for the endeavor to be successful. It also needs a leader, specifically a research manager, who will oversee the project. Marketing managers assume the role of either a collaborative leader or a resource leader.
