Abstract
The article reports on the expanded role of benefit advisors towards a successful benefits program in the U.S. The author stated that benefit advisors can help HR and finance navigate the increasingly complex and challenging world of employee benefits. In addition, advisors can keep clients apprised of developments and innovations in benefits and insurance to ensure HR is always on the cusp. Moreover, advisors can also offer suggestions and provide tools for improvement in many areas.
