Abstract
The article discusses the importance of improving patient satisfaction and suggests ways on how medical facilities can enhance patients' overall experience. Also presented are interviews with several experts in improving patient experience including James Merlino, chief experience officer of Cleveland Clinic and founder of the Association for Patient Experience and the "Journal of Patient Experience."
