Abstract
The article discusses a legal case of Ainslie v. Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. in Delaware which focuses on the enforcement of restrictive covenants in employment agreements. It is reported that the court ruled that unreasonable restrictive covenants would not be enforced and highlighted the importance of reasonableness in scope, protection of economic interests. It is further noted that Cantor Fitzgerald was unable to withhold payments from former partners due to unenforceable covenants.
