Abstract
The article reports on the value of speed to a business in terms of competitive advantage and learning. A survey by The Forum Corp. on senior business leaders found that 90% of participants believed speed was critical to business success. Businesses wishing to accomplish strategic speed must ensure that there is clarity, unity, and agility within their organization.
