Reports on the clinical virology employed on Ebola hemorrhagic fever (EHF) patients in Kikwit, Zaire. Detection of viral antigen in majority of the patients; Immunoglobulins found in the patients; Most reliable means of diagnosis for patients with suspected acute EHF.
