Abstract
The article introduces a method called inject-mix-react-separate-and-quantitate, for screening enzyme inhibitors which is applicable to regulatory enzymes and consume only nanoliter volumes of the reactant solutions. The reaction mixture is incubated to form the enzymatic product. The methods for screening enzyme inhibitors are homogeneous and separation-based.
