Abstract
The article comments on the amendment of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in the U.S. The rule was amended in large part to accommodate the increasingly important and often underutilized discovery method referred to as electronic discovery. The amendments created a two-tiered process for electronic discovery production requests.
