Abstract
The diagnosis of Type 1 Gaucher disease was made after a bone marrow aspiration performed because of moderate splenomegaly associated with mild thrombocytopenia. Immunoglobulin abnormalities in Gaucher disease: an analysis of 278 patients included in the French Gaucher disease registry.
