Abstract
A 62-year-old male with long-standing diabetes mellitus (DM), hypertension and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) presented with 1-month duration of a well-defined, punched out painful penile ulcer (Fig. a). Histopathology from the edge of the ulcer demonstrated prominent arteriolosclerosis of deep dermal and subcutaneous arterioles (Fig. b). [Extracted from the article]
