Abstract
The article discusses research on the extent to which prediction of resistance and survival can be improved by inclusion of detailed molecular data in the E1900 study cohort and whether CD25 can further improve accuracy of outcome prediction. Topics discussed include a comparison of daunorubicin doses with standard-dose cytarabine and indication that genetic profiling increases accuracy of multivariable models predicting therapeutic resistance in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
