Abstract
The article offers information on the protocols introduced by the College of American Pathologies for examining the specimens from patients suffering from neuroendocrine tumors of the stomach. It states that these protocols are developed as an educational tool for pathologists who can use them for reporting the relevant information of the surgical specimen examinations. It also includes a summary of a surgical pathology cancer case.
