Abstract
The article reports that Ke Zhang has been appointed an International Representative of the Photographic Society of America (PSA) in Shanghai, China. Zhang has graduated from PLA Foreign Languages College in 1997. She led the 6th and 7th China-Shanghai Photographic Art Exhibitions which were recognized by PSA and Royal Photographic Society in 2002 and 2004. Zhang is currently the office manager of the Shanghai Photographers' Association.
