Presents news briefs on the international chapters of the Photographic Society of America (PSA) as of March 2005. Awards that were given by the Marshal of Lower Silesia in Poland to some PSA members; Assistance provided by the Chinese Canadian Photographic Society of Toronto, Ontario for a photography contest hosted by the Canadian Foundation.
