Abstract
The article focuses on the risk of coronary arterial injury during catheter ablation in the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT). It highlights the underappreciated hazard of left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery injury in patients undergoing ablation in the RVOT and it emphasizes the importance of understanding the anatomical relationship between the RVOT and the LAD to mitigate procedural risk.
