Abstract
Organoalumoxanes containing yttrium oxane groups, hydrolytically stable in air, and soluble in organic solvents have been synthesized for the first time. The composition of the yttrium-containing organoalumoxanes has been determined by H and Al nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, and elemental analysis.
