Abstract
The article discusses the use of ultiparametric MRI (mpMRI) in the diagnosis of prostate cancer, citing the technological development in T2-weighted (T2w) imaging in combination with higher strength 3-T scanners. It cites on the superior imaging techniques as a pivotal in progressing the diagnostic discipline. The article also discusses the studies supporting the superior diagnostic capability of fusion technology on biopsy techniques.
