Abstract
The article discusses the prevalence of HIV infection in the U.S. from 2008-2010. It states that the report aims to raise awareness of the differences in the characteristics of HIV-positive persons and to start actions to minimize these differences. Moreover, it found that all racial/ethnic minorities, excluding Asians, experience higher rates of HIV diagnoses than whites.
