Abstract
Presents a study which used MeV helium ion implantation to produce optical waveguides in solid solution KTa[sub-x]Nb[subx]O[sub3] (KTN). Method used in preparing the epitaxial layers of KTN; Details on the ionic energy losses; Description of the beam power reflected from the right angle of the prism.
