Abstract
The article presents a study that evaluates the health care worker exposure to antineoplastic drugs in the three University-based cancer centers in the U.S. The study used a cross sectional method in investigating the environmental samples from pharmacy and nursing areas. The study finds that there are no genetic damage was detected in exposed workers using the comet assay. The study suggests having a safe handling practice in the workplace.
