Abstract
The article presents a study that demonstrates the successful repair of a ruptured mycotic aortic aneurysm in a patient with deep hypothermic circulatory arrest. It cites the case of a 2-year-old healthy male child, who was presented with fever and upper respiratory symptoms and whose laboratory result indicates aneurysm of the thoracic and abdominal aorta. It notes the successful repair of the patient's condition through cardiopulmonary bypass and deep hypothermic circulatory arrest treatment.
