Abstract
A case study is presented of a 32-month-old boy presented with refractory congenital muscular torticollis (CMT). It mentions about the performance of a single episode of BoNT-A injections to the right upper trapezius muscles. It concludes that the improvement of the patient's refractory CMT has been shown with use of a custom neck orthosis following BoNT-A injections.
