Abstract
The article offers information related to an agreement signed among United Nations Security Council, Germany, the European Union, and Iran in July, 2015 called the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) that relieved some economic sanctions since 1980. Topics discussed include verifications by the International Atomic Energy Agency that Iran was abiding by the provisions of deal; and withdrawal of the U.S. from JCPOA in May, 2018.
