Abstract
This article discusses the use of venous sinus stenting as a treatment for cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks in patients with idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH). The study reviewed the records of IIH patients who underwent venous sinus stenting for CSF leak repair. The results showed that venous sinus stenting alone may be an effective treatment for IIH with secondary CSF leaks. However, in cases where venous sinus stenting does not address the underlying IIH, additional medical and surgical options may be necessary to prevent recurrent CSF leaks. [Extracted from the article]
