Abstract
Since in the skin biopsy and CSF only cells from BPDCN could be detected, mutations predominantly found in these materials can be assigned to BPDCN. Dear Editor, Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) is a rare leukemia with poor survival rates [[1]]. Here, we present the case of a 70-year-old male with BPDCN accompanied by chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) and initial cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) infiltration. [Extracted from the article]
