Abstract
Since in the skin biopsy and CSF only cells from BPDCN could be detected, mutations predominantly found in these materials can be assigned to BPDCN. Dear Editor, Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) is a rare leukemia with poor survival rates [[1]].
