Abstract
This document is a correction notice for an article titled "Dictyostelium Myosin Bipolar Thick Filament Formation: Importance of Charge and Specific Domains of the Myosin Rod" published in PLoS Biology. The correction states that Figure 3C in the article should have appeared differently, and that the GFP-AD-Cterm (3x Thr) and GFP-AD-Cterm (3x Asp) constructs are slightly less soluble than their headless counterparts. This may be due to the fact that they are somewhat more prone to aggregation over time. However, this change does not impact the conclusions of the paper. [Extracted from the article]
