Abstract
The article focuses on the need of further research to mitigate cardiovascular disease while optimizing cancer treatments and outcomes throughout the care continuum. It mentions that the American Society of Clinical Oncology's Clinical Practice Guidelines on Prevention and Monitoring of Cardiac Dysfunction in Survivors of Adult Cancers that will help oncology nurses for caring patients who have been treated with anthracyclines.
