Abstract
In this article, the authors highlight topics discussed at the International Society for Computational Biology's (ISCB) annual international conference on intelligent systems for molecular biology (ISMB) held in Boston, Massachusetts from July 11-13, 2010. Topics include the distribution of fluorescently labeled proteins across different cellular compartments, the impact of temperature on polysterism in protein crystal, and human protein-protein interaction.
