Abstract
Compares liver biopsy findings in hepatitis-C infected patients who had repeatedly normal serum alanine aminotransferase levels with biopsy results in patients who had elevated levels. Analysis of liver biopsies on the patients; Differences in age, sex, race, use of alcohol, or risk factors for hepatitis C among the two groups of patients.
