Abstract
The article presents a study which aims to investigate the variants genetic susceptibility in multiple sclerosis that was correlated to CXCL13 levels and presents to the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of MS patients. The study made use of an parametric methods for statistical analysis and PLINK v.1.07 software for wald test. The result of the study shows that increasing levels of CXCL13 was the genetic predisposition that correlates in MS patients with severity of disease.
