Abstract
This article discusses the use of intra-arterial chemotherapy as a palliative treatment for recurrent esthesioneuroblastoma (ENB), a rare and aggressive type of nasal tumor. The authors present a case study of a 77-year-old male who underwent IA carboplatin treatment for his recurrent ENB. They also conducted a literature review and found that IA cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, and carmustine have been used as adjuvant therapies for ENB. The authors suggest that further discussion and research are needed to determine the utility of IA therapy for recurrent ENBs. [Extracted from the article]
