Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 52-year old male diagnosed with localized peritonitis due to vomiting and right iliac fossa pain. The patient has ureteropelvic junction rupture with unusual distal ureteric calculus. Also reported is the spontaneous traumatic rupture of the renal pelvis caused by congenital ureteropelvic junction obstruction and hydronephrosis.
