Abstract
Data regarding short- and long-term cardiovascular complications of biological agents is lacking. Herein, the authors reported a case of abrupt onset of acute heart failure induced by ustekinumab treatment for resistant pityriasis rubra pilaris in a young healthy female with no past cardiac history.
