Abstract
The article focuses on several emergency medicine-related studies published in various journals. A multicenter study in Canada investigated the effectiveness of a protocol aimed at reducing the rates of chest imaging in assessing adult patients with possible pulmonary emboli. A study conducted in two institutions in the Netherlands examined the use of peripheral noradrenaline in the operative setting.
